Benefits of membership-based care

Avoiding ER/UC visits

The ability to be seen quickly can save you a lot of time and money, especially when considering family health. One ER visit can cost more than an entire year of membership fees, which often include valuable wellness services that support your mental well-being.

No unnecessary visits

We are incentivized to take care of everything in as few visits as possible, prioritizing your family health and mental well-being while saving you (and us) time and money through our comprehensive wellness services.

Flexible care

Since we aren't tied to normal reimbursement, we can provide flexible wellness services such as telehealth options and home visits to support your family health and mental well-being needs.

Cash-price labs, radiology studies and medications

Often much cheaper than through insurance, particularly if you aren't close to your deductible or have high co-pays. Our wellness services typically cost $3-$10 each (instead of hundreds through insurance), making it an affordable option for families focused on health and mental well-being.

No surprise bills

We don't nickel and dime you with our flat monthly fee of $65 for family health services. There are no co-pays, missed or late fees, or other unwelcome surprises. For any labs, radiology studies, and medications paid for in cash through the clinic, you will know your costs upfront, allowing you to make informed decisions about your wellness services and mental well-being.

In-network with most insurance

If you have insurance, we bill it as a courtesy, and any amount paid by your insurance is credited towards your monthly fee, reducing your costs and counting towards your deductible. For Medicare and Medicaid patients, billing will resemble that of any other primary care provider. Additionally, we offer cost-limited payment plans to ensure our family health and wellness services remain affordable, while also supporting your mental well-being.

Our Costs

No insurance or commercial insurance (most patients)

You pay $65/month for adults (19+), and $25/month for children (with a parent membership). This fee covers all doctor and nursing services, promoting your family's health. Labs, radiology studies, and many medications are available at significantly discounted rates (in addition to the monthly fee), or we can bill them through your insurance, depending on what works best for you. While monthly fees are not covered by insurance, we are in-network with most major insurance providers and will bill them for any office visits, which are covered services. Payments from insurance will count towards your next month(s) membership fees, and any amounts they don't cover will contribute to your deductible. We don't collect co-pays, co-insurance, late/missed appointment fees, or other patient responsibilities—just our monthly fee. This approach ensures that you have access to comprehensive wellness services to support your mental well-being and your family’s overall health.

Medicare

No insurance or commercial insurance (most patients)

We bill insurance directly, ensuring that our family health services are accessible to everyone. We are in-network with most major insurance providers and will bill them for any office visits as well as an advanced primary care management (APCM) fee (usually around $40-$50 a month), which is a covered service with Medicare. You will not be billed for any non-covered services (unless you choose to do weight loss medications), just for any remaining patient responsibility. If you have Medicare and Medicaid (Dual eligible), all your costs are covered by insurance, supporting your overall wellness services.

We understand that many people are on fixed incomes, and we can work with you to limit your costs to no more than $75 a month if Medicare leaves you with a significant patient responsibility. Additionally, we offer cash-rate labs, radiology studies, and many medications at significantly discounted rates (in addition to the monthly fee), or we can send them through your insurance—whatever works best for your mental well-being.

We are currently accepting a limited number of Kansas Medicaid patients, ensuring that all your costs are covered by Medicaid. Our focus is on promoting family health and mental well-being through comprehensive wellness services.
