Insurance billing

Want to use insurance?

Murphy Wellness offers traditional insurance billing for patients who want to use their coverage for primary care visits. Coverage and patient responsibility can vary by plan, so the clinic can help you understand what applies to your visit.

  • In network with Cigna
  • In network with United and UMR
  • In network with Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • In network with Aetna
  • In network with Ambetter and Wellcare

Self-pay

Prefer self-pay instead?

If you do not have insurance, or you do not want a membership, you can still schedule a one-time self-pay visit. Telehealth visits are available for all patients at the same rates as in-person visits.

If you decide in the following month that you want to join membership, your self-pay visit amount can be credited toward each month paid.
