Membership
Membership questions
Membership is $65/month for adults 18+ and $25/month for children with an adult parent or guardian who is also a member.
No. Murphy Wellness also offers insurance-based visits and one-time self-pay visits.
Yes — this is one of the key practical benefits of membership. Members have access to cash-price rates on labs, radiology, and medications ordered through the clinic, including weight loss medications. For non-members, outside services are billed directly by the outside company — lab, pharmacy, or imaging center — at the rates those companies set, through insurance or otherwise. Membership is required to access cash-price discounts on outside services.

Yes. Murphy Wellness is in network with Cigna, United/UMR, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Ambetter/Wellcare, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Self-pay
Self-pay questions
Yes. One-time self-pay visits are available for patients who do not want a membership.
Visits are $65 for under 20 minutes, $130 for 20-40 minutes, and $195 for 41+ minutes.
Yes. If you convert the following month, your self-pay visit amount can be credited toward each month paid.

Yes. Tuesday hours are shifted to 3–9 PM for patients who need access after work.
Walk-ins are welcome. If Jeni is out on a visit when you arrive, give the clinic a call and she will let you know when she is back. Calling ahead is always ideal — it helps make sure you are seen promptly.
